Nano slider		Nanopositioning xy slider
	A.P.E. Research designees and produces innovative nanopositioning systems for UHV and cryogenic applications. The devices, based on piezoelectric elements, allow linear movements with resolution up to 50 nm. Upon request the positioning systems are equipped with electronic control units and remote control software. Capacitive sensors can be provided to be used together the nanotranslators for high resolution position controlled operations.
