| The I/V preamplifier is designed for use with
an high impedance source such as tunneling tips or other. There should be
the necessity to use a shaping amplifier which could invert signal polarity
and cut undesired band. A diode input network prevents destruction of the input stage if a sudden bipolar high voltage signal is applied. |
