| A.P.E. Research is a young and small company, is divided into several divisions that are highly specialized and strongly integrated. It is divided into three divisions and a laboratory. The three divisions are devoted both to research and production. | |||

Instrumentation development
division: Formed by three graduate researchers that project and test the new instrumentation, supported by numerous external collaborators from Italian research institutes (INFM, CNR, University). Electronic division: Formed by two engineers and a technician that project, develop and test the electronic control units for the instruments. This division has the supervision of the production that is performed by external firms and collaborators. Software and Imaging Division: Formed by one software engineer, a physic researcher and a technician is devoted to write the software interfaces with SPM microscopes. And image processing... Commercial Division: The promotion and commercialization of the products is based on a specific structure in the main office and a worldwide network of offices, distributors and agents that are able to support the customers in every phase of their needs. The structure is completed by the administration staff. |
